I just wanted to let you guys and gals know you ROCK!!! Attached are the photos of My 4 year old daughters Christmas present. I was having a rough time deciding what to do with her '05 crf50 "hand me down" from her older brother who unfortunately grew out of the bike in two months of riding. I googled "dirt bike graphics" and after browsing for an hour came across your web site. As soon as I saw the pink and white hibiscus on the yellow back ground I KNEW what had to be done! With the help of some aftermarket pink plastics and a custom made seat cover we were on it! Unfortunately I didn't have the time to order number plates from you as I started out late on the transformation from Red boys bike to pink girly bike so I ran down to the local flea market and had the vinyl sign guys make a couple of quick numbers to cover the uncovered plastic plates. Needless to say my daughter was ecstatic Christmas morning and since then everytime we go riding everyone asks where we got the parts from. My immediate response is always the same..... Pick the graphics and build around them... but make sure you have them custom made at BRMoffroad.com. Heck who wants to be the same as everyone else? Incidentally anyone reading this post who might have had issues with installing the graphics.... well when I first started to apply, I thought "No Way are these going to fit" I thought they were formed all wrong and then the beauty of the hair dryer came in to play and it was amazing how easy the vinyl stretches and conforms once a little heat is applied KEY word is LITTLE heat! dont cook em! Your service has made my first order from you folks my last. I placed the order on 5-24, you emailed me and said it wouldn't ship until the 29th (a holiday). UPS just informed me that I won't see it until the 5th. That's almost 2 weeks for one sticker. That's not good customer service. I am a Parts Manager that sends parts all over the country. I can't imagine what my customers would say if I told them I will get to their order in 5 days. I can tell you that I wouldn't keep my job, and my company wouldn't keep their customers. Well, I have to say that it's always good to hear from our customers... good or bad. We due strive to improve daily and we must be doing something right since our business has been very successful since we started in 1997, both nationwide and internationally. First I must start by apologizing for not getting back to you sooner, but we had a sudden death in the family and we were closed last week.

We are sorry to hear about your displeasure in the time it took for your order to be shipped and received. Due to the abundance of colors, sizes, and various styles of graphics that we offer, we make all our graphics once they're ordered so that we don't have an abundance of inventory. I'm sure as a parts manager you completely understand the importance of your inventory levels. I verified when your order was placed and I see that Paypal sent it to our account at 3:45 on Wednesday 5/24. UPS picks up at 3:30 on a regular basis so the earliest your order could have shipped, if it was the only one we had to do, would have been Thursday the 25th and you would have received it approx 6/2 (one day earlier than 6/5 because of the 3-day holiday weekend and following weekend). Knowing that we had a funeral to suddenly plan for, we worked the entire Memorial Day weekend so our customers wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. We logged your order to ship on 5/29 on 8:05am (which was the holiday) and UPS picked up on Tuesday the 30th. Phoenix, AZ to McMinnville, OR is approx 4 days with standard UPS ground shipping, that's not something we control, but UPS. We do state on our web site that you can upgrade your shipping if needed. Once again we're sorry to hear that the shipping time frame was not to your satisfaction. I also apologize that when we sent an email to you regarding your order and when it would ship, that we didn't hear from you sooner. We could have tried to figure out a quicker shipment for you.

I don't know what you think of us now, but how many other business would go to this much effort in explaining a $6.⁰⁰ order if we didn't care about our customers? We hope to hear from you again in the future, but we also understand if we don't. (JUNE '06)

Hi Just a follow up to our purchase. I can't believe how good the pic/graphics of the kids turned out. When we went to Florence and Windy Bay last week, lots of folks asked about the graphics and the kids were very proud of the attention...hey, me too! Several times someone had requested the name of the company that made them for us. My wife was unable to remember!! Sheeesh. So I followed up by placing the BRM stickers you sent along on our cabinets inside the trailer so she can just point it out next time. I took a couple of new photos of my wife and I and we plan on having you do the same for us with those as well. Just have to catch up on the gas bill first. hey man, this e-mail concerns me and my little race team. Ralph Fisher who is on my team bought some 400ex number decals from u and I really like them. Now I want to get the same for my ex. What I need is 400ex number decals. Front, Rear fenders, and the grab bar plate. I already have a std. plastic plate for my bike so I just need the decal to go on top of it. Im not sure which number I want because I have to check for availability but probably 214. I want it in serpentine in white with black background. and white outline thing. Then Im also interested in having randrcoatings.com on the outline. I might be able to sell more of these to friends and I will be glad to put a banner on my website for u. Jeff, That's awesome that you guys can do that for me and still $10 under ZLT's pricing. A couple of questions though. I just want to make sure you can make the Cook bow out like it is in the picture. Also, is there anyway to get a black skorbordz plate or make it black just for the fact that this design would look a lot sharper with a black background? You should already have 1 of the 3 fonts, but I'll go ahead and send it anyway. They are: Impact (for COOK), Victorian LET (for Justin), and Batavia (for 324). I've attached them to this e-mail along with the design. I'd like for the "324" to be as big as possible with the names proportioned accordingly. So far I've had no disappointment at all with you guys and you always match it as close to my design as possible. I truly respect that. I'll go ahead and send the Paypal payment today for the Name Plate. However, don't ship it back or anything because I'll have another jersey coming your way next week sometime. Was very impressed with the power gain, bike ran fantastic. bought the titanium 14in silencer so am running complete fmf system, now suzukis were easy to beat, was right on the asses of raptor I noticed a lot more power climbing big hills than before. going to Bowie for the sand drag and poker run, see how it does there. again thanks for a job well done.
